it allows us to realise electrical wiring, special wiring and harnesses on board the machine with precision and quality made with the latest generation automatic machinery, from the smallest cable section 1×0.14 mmq to 4×50 mmq multipolar shielded cables etc.
Splitting
The splitting operation is performed using the KOMAX KAPPA 230 series automatic splitting machine. By setting the number of cables and cuttinglengths, the machine cuts and strips wires with diameters from 0.22 to 25 mmq, guaranteeing speed and precision in operation. The cutting tolerance is in the order of a few mm, thus ensuring electrical wiring following the customer’s specifications.
Crimping
The crimping of the wiring is carried out employing electromechanical presses that, through the use of applicators, hold the contacts in the coil, ensuring a perfect electrical connection.
Heat labelling
We carry out on customer’s request. This practice is useful for coding and then identifying your products or each cable. Heat labelling allows more extended life identification on electrical wiring.
